Hello friends! It has been a minute since I’ve shared a post here. I have been moving from Alabama to Virginia, which has been an enormous undertaking. I’m happy to report we are settling in well and enjoying the fantastic weather this past week.
But enough about me. Yesterday, I was alerted to a list of topics determined to be “controversial, high profile, or sensitive.” That list came via email to researchers at the National Cancer Institute (NCI). Since RFK Jr. is the HHS Secretary who oversees the NCI, I assume this is some of his doing; no matter, the NCI Clearance Team must review these topics before publication. Some topics may require further review by the NIH and/or HHS. This doesn’t seem sketchy at all.
Well, I love nothing more than controversial, high profile, and/or sensitive topics. Therefore, I have decided to write a series that will include all the topics on this list. I will call it the “RFK Jr Controversial Topic Series.” Expect the first post in this series to be published on Sunday.
I know I give RFK Jr. a lot of hell, but I will say that he never fails to provide me with some great topics and content to cover.
I look forward to doing what I love: writing about science and research while attempting to refute misinformation and disinformation.
